How do I order?
Simply find the product you desire and click the "Add to cart" button. If you haven't already registered then you will need to complete a registration form to ensure we have your details for delivery of your products.
Once you have registered you will not have to do this again whenever you wish to purchase from Janki Jewellery, just simply remember your login details.
Complete your payment details using paypal (to ensure your security) and your order is complete.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all orders for UK mainland only.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish highland, channel Islands and all international delivery is a flat fee of £10.00 which is not guaranteed for next day delivery and can take up to 2 weeks. This is a signed for service with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Delivery to any postcode in the Scottish highland or islands can take longer than the standard delivery time
I cannot accept responsibility of any delays by the carriers.
When can I expect my order?
Delivery of your order is within a week after receipt of the order subject to stock availability.
Should stock not be available you will be notified and credited.
How do I pay?
Secure payment is via paypal. You will be directed to paypal as you go through the simple purchasing steps.
What if I want to return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact Paresh Patel on 07976 377759 or via e-mail sales@janki-jewellery.co.uk for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Earrings and Body Jewellery are not changeable due to hygiene reasons unless defective.
Returns are sent at your own expense. Recorded delivery is recommended for proof of delivery
